My name is Graham Beacom, thank you for visiting my Website.  As you can see I am a Civil Funeral Celebrant living in Bromley, South London and I conduct Funerals all over South London and North Kent.

Your first contact with me comes at a difficult time but together we will create a beautiful and fitting funeral for the loved one you have lost.
These days many have developed their own ideas and thoughts on religion so we can plan a service with a no religion, a little religion or lots of religion.

As a civil celebrant I will meet with you and go over the many options and styles for your consideration. We can include or exclude, poems, readings, hymns, prayers, blessings personal tributes and any choice of music to make the day both memorable and a celebration of the life.  We will go over the deceased life and I can guide you on the eulogy. On the day I can deliver it or maybe you would prefer a member of the family to do it. There is often a time for reflection chosen so all present can remember the deceased whilst music is playing, again, entirely your choice.

You may want family and close friends to participate in the service reading some poems, or personal tributes. There are no set rules so I welcome and encourage you to express your own sentiments and to say goodbye in ways that have special significance.  More unusual ways of marking your loss could include releasing white doves or balloons or scattering flowers or petals or hiring musicians.

Far from being sombre and sad, the ceremonies I create are positive and uplifting - because they focus on life not death. You will find great comfort in providing a ceremony such as the person who has died would have wanted.
